Shipping Policy — Digital Products Only

Thank you for shopping with Wales Education Consulting. All products in our store are digital downloads, delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Delivery method

After completing your purchase, you will receive a download link on the checkout confirmation page and an email containing your digital files. Delivery is instant. There is no waiting period, and no physical shipment will occur.

Shipping fees

Because all products are digital, no shipping fees apply to any order.

Download access

Most digital products are delivered as PDF guides, editable templates, digital toolkits, or ZIP files when multiple resources are included. If you have trouble accessing your download, email walesedconsulting@gmail.com and we will resend your files.

Incorrect email or technical errors

If you entered an incorrect email address during checkout or did not receive your download link, contact us with your order information. We will verify your purchase and resend access to your files.

Lost files

If you lose or misplace your digital files, email us with your order number and we will restore access.

No physical shipping

We do not ship printed books, physical materials, binders, USB drives, or mail-based products. All items are digital-only.
